I am full-time journalist. Fitness is a hobby and something I do in my spare time, which as a Dad of two I don’t have much of anymore. I long time ago (well not that long ago) I was not happy with my body shape and the amount of fat I was carrying. It wasn’t too dramatic, but enough to make me unhappy. So I turned it around. Not quickly though, it took a long time. About the length between now and when that time was when I was not feeling good about my body and fitness.
So, the hope is I can share some things that I’ve done and some stuff that I’ve learnt and it might benefit some people. At the very least I hope it entertains.
